Anti-Spam Policy

This policy describes the email Companza LLC ("Companza," "we," "us," or "our") sends, who we send it to, and how to opt out or report a problem. It applies to all email sent from companza.com and every other domain Companza owns or sends from.

What We Send

Companza builds compliance training and training-recordkeeping tools for licensed home care agencies. Our outbound email is one-to-one business email: a Companza team member writes to a specific person at a specific licensed agency about the state training and recordkeeping rules that apply to that agency (currently Connecticut Public Act 26-50, Pennsylvania's 28 Pa. Code § 611.55, and Colorado HB25-1328) and, where relevant, how our product helps agencies meet those requirements. We send this email only from domains we own and control.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not buy, rent, scrape, or otherwise acquire email lists. We write only to agencies we have identified as licensed home care providers in the states we cover, using publicly available licensing and business contact information.
• We do not send bulk unsolicited advertising email, and we do not use third-party senders, affiliates, or lead-generation services to send email on our behalf. Every Companza email is sent by Companza staff from a Companza domain.
• We do not send marketing email to anyone who has opted out.

Identification and Opt-Out

Every message we send identifies Companza LLC as the sender, includes our postal mailing address (Companza LLC, 2550 Albany Ave #1119, West Hartford, CT 06117), and includes a working way to opt out. Opt-outs are honored immediately: the address is moved to a suppression list, and it receives no further email from us.

Sending-Domain Authentication

All Companza sending domains authenticate with SPF and DKIM and enforce DMARC with a reject policy (p=reject). A message that fails DMARC alignment for one of our domains did not come from us; please report it using the contact below.

Reporting Abuse

If you believe you have received unwanted or misleading email from a Companza domain, or spam spoofing one, contact us at hello@companza.com. Include the full message and headers if you can. We investigate every report, and we remove any recipient from our list on request.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its "Last updated" date.
