Companza builds caregiver compliance training and record-keeping for home care agencies — one state at a time.
Home care is regulated state by state, and the rules don't rhyme. Connecticut has just created its first mandatory training requirement, with a state-approved program list and an annual attestation to the Department of Consumer Protection. Pennsylvania has required documented competency for years, with no approved-program list at all — the burden sits entirely in the agency's own files. A generic national training catalog serves neither one well. That gap is what we're built for.
Each state's curriculum is mapped to that state's own required subjects — not a national course with a state label on the cover.
